Personal details collected, and safely stored are; your name, email, postal address, landline and mobile telephone numbers and your credit card details.
Newsletter Sign-up
When you sign-up to our newsletter we will only use your name and address to keep you informed of; The Make Room promotional offers; keep you informed of any changes made to pre-booked classes and workshops; to receive a confirmation email from us when you have paid for a class or workshop; or bought Gift Vouchers from our website. Order Information and Security and Third Parties
When you make a booking on the website we record your name, postal address, email and telephone number. Personal and financial information is only used to process your booking and will not be shared with any third party.
Our Worldpay payment gateway is secure and when making an order online your card details are processed by Worldpay’s Online Payment Gateway. The Make Room do not store any personal payment information.
Device Information
When you visit the website we collect device information via Cookies. This is information like your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We collect information about the pages you view and how you navigate the site.

Payment Information
Financial and payment details such as credit card/debit card numbers, provided when placing online orders on our website, are removed following payment (via Worldpay).
