Weekend sewing workshops

The Saturday sewing Workshops are situated in my home workshop in Kingsdown a short drive from Bath and part of the village of Box famous for the Box Tunnel designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel

My local town is Corsham, another historic market town with independent shops, cafes and pubs all worth a visit, plus beautiful Corsham Court to walk through, sheep roaming free and a large lake full of wildlife.

The Spa City of Bath is 20 minutes away by car. Visit The Roman Baths and Spa, The Holbourne Museum, The Fashion museum, The Royal Crescent, plus fantastic shopping and plenty of places to eat and drink!

Why not come and stay locally, I can recommend several Air bnb properties and guest houses on my doorstep, and some slightly further afield, where you will enjoy staying in a country or Georgian property with a lovely breakfast.

My Saturday Sewing Workshops can be part of your weekend – arrive Friday night, have a day learning a new skill, then a day to explore Bath and the surrounding villages!  You will not be disappointed.

Even if you just want to walk through the local countryside on the many byways, you will have a fantastic weekend. It is so beautiful around here!
